Close-up of a gabion mesh selvedge crimping machine folding the edge of hexagonal mesh

Overview

Cut hexagonal mesh has an open edge that catches on gloves and unravels from the corner. This machine rolls it into a closed, reinforced hem — so the panel holds its geometry and can be laced without the edge pulling apart. The finished panel is ready for further processing into gabion baskets.

Why this machine, and not the cheapest one on the market

02

Adjustable crimp depth

Roll pressure set from the control panel.

Inline or standalone

Runs behind the weaver or as its own station.

04

Specified so the hem lands on the basket fold.
