Overview

The core machine of every gabion line. Servo-driven pitch and wire feed hold the mesh opening steady across the full width, and a stress-relieved frame keeps the gantry square after years of three-shift running. The documented vertical CNC model uses PLC touchscreen control, switches 3-twist, 5-twist, doubled mesh opening and alternating 3- and 5-twist production with one key, and includes length counting, automatic stop and alarm, and centralized automatic lubrication.
