When you submit an inquiry form on this website, we collect the information you provide, including your name and email address, and any company name, phone number, country or region, machine of interest and message that you choose to share.

If you attach files to an inquiry, they are sent as attachments to the inquiry notification email for our engineers to review. We do not store the file contents on this website.

Our servers also record technical information generated automatically by website requests, including your IP address and browser User-Agent. We use this information only to prevent automated abuse and troubleshoot faults.

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry. This includes preparing a quotation, confirming technical details, and arranging production, shipping and after-sales support if you become a customer.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising or marketing emails unless you separately consent.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes requests on our behalf and provides the database and bot-verification services on which the website relies.

Inquiry notification emails and any attached files are sent through Resend, which receives the inquiry content and files to forward them to our sales inbox. Our sales inbox is hosted on Tencent WeCom.

These providers process data only to deliver their services and do not use it for their own marketing.

We retain inquiry records for as long as needed to complete the service and meet accounting and warranty obligations, then delete them. If you ask us to delete an inquiry record, we will do so unless the law requires us to retain it.

Attached files are retained in our sales mailbox for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and are deleted with the related inquiry records, subject to applicable legal obligations.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not use cross-site analytics tools to analyse your browsing behaviour.

The inquiry form saves an unfinished draft in your own browser so you do not lose what you typed. This draft never leaves your device, is overwritten as you type, and is deleted as soon as the inquiry is sent or you choose to clear the form. Attachments are not included in the draft.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated submissions to the inquiry form. Turnstile is designed to verify that a visitor is a person, not to track you across websites.

Depending on the laws in your region, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct or delete your information, or object to how we process it.

Inquiry data is transmitted over TLS and stored in Cloudflare infrastructure protected by access controls. Access to inquiry records is limited to staff responsible for responding to customer requests.
