Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we are asked most often about ordering, specifications, shipping and support. If yours is not here, ask us directly — technical questions go to the people who build the machines.

Ordering & quotations

How do I get a quotation?

Send us the mesh opening, wire diameter, working width and your monthly output target. Basket sizes alone are enough to start.

How fast do you reply?

Within 12 working hours. If your requirement is unusual we may come back with a few technical questions first.

What is your lead time?

It depends on the configuration and the current production schedule, and is confirmed in writing with your quotation. For a full line you also get a dated production schedule.

What are your payment terms?

Agreed per order and stated in the proforma invoice before any payment. Chinese export orders usually run a deposit at confirmation with the balance against shipping documents.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No. We supply single machines as readily as complete lines — and will say so if one machine is all you need.

Machine specifications

What mesh openings can your machines produce?

Built to your range, typically 60 × 80 mm up to 120 × 150 mm. The range is fixed at build time, so tell us the smallest and largest opening you intend to sell.

Can you build for our power supply?

Yes — 380 V / 50 Hz, 440 V / 60 Hz and others. Confirm your site supply before ordering; it cannot be changed after the panel is built.

Can the control interface be in our language?

Yes, set at build time. Tell us the language your operators use and it is configured with the machine.

Can you build to our own specification?

That is most of what we do. Send us the finished product you want to make and we will say what is feasible.

What functions does the machine have? Can it switch between 3- and 5-twist?

Yes — 3-twist, 5-twist, doubled mesh opening, and alternating 3- and 5-twist production can all be switched with one key.

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, South America and Eastern Europe. Machines are packed for sea freight with loading photographed.

Which shipping terms do you work on?

Agreed per order and stated in the quotation — commonly FOB, CIF or CFR. If you have a forwarder, tell us and we will quote on a term that fits them.

How are the machines packed?

Braced and packed for sea freight, with panels protected and loose items packed separately and itemised. Loading is photographed before the container is sealed.

Installation & training

Do you send engineers to install the machines?

Machines ship with layout drawings, wiring documentation and commissioning guidance for a local electrician and fitter. On-site commissioning can be arranged — tell us at quotation stage.

How do we train our operators?

Training material covering setup, mesh specification changes and routine maintenance ships with the machine. On-site commissioning includes training.

How long does installation take?

Mechanical installation of a single machine is usually a few days. The longer part is the ramp-up to production quality — plan for it rather than treating it as a delay.

After-sales & spare parts

What warranty do you provide?

Terms are stated in the order confirmation. Please confirm the period and what it covers — including wear parts — before ordering.

Can we get spare parts after delivery?

Yes — twisting heads, shear blades, crimping rollers and drive components. We recommend holding a wear-parts set on site from day one.

What if we have a technical problem later?

Technical questions go to the people who build the machines. Send photos or a short video with the serial number and your running parameters.

About our factory

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A manufacturer. Our machines are built in our own workshop in Anping County, Hebei — the wire mesh capital of China.

Can we visit the factory?

Yes, and we would encourage it. Seeing machines running on production wire is the fastest way to judge a supplier — or ask for a video walkthrough.

Can we send you drawings?

Yes. The inquiry form accepts PDF, image, spreadsheet, Word and DWG files. Mention it if your drawings are large and we will arrange a transfer method.

Ask us your specification question

Send us the mesh sizes you work with and the output you are targeting. We will answer the technical question and, where it is useful, tell you what the machine would need to be.
