Gabion machinery made in China’s wire mesh capital

Shangxian Intelligent Manufacturing builds CNC gabion mesh production machinery in Anping County, Hebei. We manufacture machines — we are not a trading company.

Who we are

We start with the mesh, not the machine

Working in Anping’s wire mesh supply chain makes one thing clear: most machinery problems show up in the finished mesh — inconsistent openings, edges that come apart, or rolls permanently deformed in transit.

Those are the problems we design our machines to solve. We configure equipment around the mesh our customers actually sell, then match each production stage so one bottleneck does not hold up the line.

What we do in-house

  • Machine frames welded, stress-relieved and machined in-house
  • Precision parts and complete assembly of gearboxes and drives
  • Electrical panels wired for the destination voltage and language
  • Every machine test-run on production wire before packing
  • Export packing and container loading with photo records
  • Wear parts and technical support after delivery
Our process

From your mesh specification to a running production line

No middlemen — you work directly with the factory throughout.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Mesh opening, wire diameter, width and monthly output.

  2. 02

    Specification and quotation

Machine configuration and quotation, usually within 12 working hours.

  3. 03

    Confirm and order

Approve the drawings and technical agreement before production.

  4. 04

    Build, test and ship

Test-run at the factory, then pack with photographic records.

  5. 05

    Install and start production

Layout drawings and commissioning guidance included.

Visit the factory

The fastest way to assess a machinery supplier is to see the machines running. Arrange a factory visit or ask for a live video demonstration using your specifications.
